Information you provide
Assessment details may include your name, phone, email, property address, project preferences, notes and optional photos. Do not include financial details, identification documents or information about other people. Only upload images you have permission to share.
How information is used and shared
Inquiry details are used to check project suitability, contact you and connect you with a provider serving your area. The relevant provider may receive your contact and project details. Hosting, spam-prevention, routing and storage services process data as needed to operate the site. An inquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Optional photos
When uploads are enabled, images are checked and re-encoded before transmission to the private lead gateway. Images are for assessment; they are not public gallery content. Original filenames and embedded photo metadata are not forwarded. Public use requires separate permission.
Analytics and preferences
Optional analytics is disabled until you choose to allow it. When enabled, it records page and conversion events such as call clicks or successful inquiries, without form contents or photo data. Retention and requests
The site does not maintain a public lead database. Submitted inquiries are retained by the configured routing service and provider under the operator’s documented retention policy. Once connected, use the contact provided in your inquiry response to request access, correction or deletion. If a verified site contact is displayed in the footer, you may also use it. Retention duration and a working privacy contact must be established before live collection.
Before live service is enabled
During setup, online submissions are not accepted until lead routing is connected. Live collection requires a configured operator, routing service and privacy contact. This policy should be reviewed whenever those arrangements change.
